There seemed to be a lot of companies like ours, but nobody had that extra little “Spark”. Some claimed to be the fastest pressure washers, some claimed to be the best at graffiti removal and a good chunk of them claimed to be the “cheapest” price in town. Our system is simple. New contact here. The team didn’t even do the service they came to do. Needed a lot of back and forth. TLDR: We still have a moss problem.
Gorilla Property Services, South Burnaby recently cleaned my awning and power washed concrete pavements in my home. They arrived on time and worked hard to get the work completed. They were responsive when I pointed out that something had been missed and sent their workers back the same day to finish off the work. They could be faster with providing a quotation. Excellent communication before, during and after Gorilla’s visit to our house to clean the gutters and power wash our patio and stone paths around our house with their circular power washer (saves the grout from obliteration) and hand held wand for the tight spots. They left our property in immaculate condition and gave us before and after photos to show how clean our gutters were after their service. I will be using Gorilla Property Services again and have recommended them to friends and other home owners.
They did a good job cleaning my gutters.
