Another great job done by Gorilla Property Services! Thank you to Patrick and Rashid for their prompt, polite service as well as making sure everything was cleaned around our home after gutter cleaning.
Work: Had my front gutter cleaned and my dryer vent. The two gents who worked on these, did a good job. Communication: This needs to be worked on. I understand it is a small business but a good standard is important such as no longer than 48hrs response and ETA for work to be carried given such as AM (8-noon) or (1-5pm) with a phone call or text sent when team are on their way. Everyone is busy these days and thus, need to be able to make adequate arrangements for the job to be undertaken. Overall: Job well done.
