There seemed to be a lot of companies like ours, but nobody had that extra little “Spark”. I've been waffling about getting my gutters cleaned for a while now, but I'm glad I finally went with Gorilla. Due to the weather, I had to reschedule a couple of times, but Patrick was always extremely responsive and let me know with a good amount of notice. Once the weather cooperated, Patrick did a great job. Most importantly, it was done at exactly the price I was quoted, which was a very reasonable rate. I would absolutely use their services again.
Patrick came out to clean my elderly mother’s gutters and noticed that a raccoon had chewed into the roof. He promptly contacted me. He then proceeded to put a temporary patch on the hole and even offered contact numbers to help with repair if needed. As you can see he went above and beyond what was required of him. This is a wonderful company who really does take the time to ensure the work is done to customer’s satisfaction AND is willing to go above and beyond. Do NOT hesitate to call Patrick!!

Patrick and his crew at Gorilla Property Services came to service my eavestroughs. The did a spectacular job, he was fantastic to work with and I have booked them to be my tri-annual service providers.
Patrick did a great job , especially on the grafitti. Price was reasonable as well.
