I want to give a shout-out here to Gorilla MushroomsTM. I purchased the Fame Mushroom Grow Kit from them in January. When I opened the shipment three months later (I had been traveling), I noticed that UPS had dropped the box and the plastic grow chamber inside was cracked. When I contacted customer service and explained my situation, they replaced the chamber without question and at no cost to me even though I was well beyond the “return by” date.
