I've been a student at Gorilla Martial Arts for a little over 3 months, with no prior experience. Starting martial arts as 38 year old man who no longer possesses a young buck's attributes, longevity in the sport was the goal above all else for me, with plans to train a couple times a week as a hobby. Man where do I begin. This gym is incredible. I came to this gym after leaving a more serious boxing gym and I am so glad I found this place. The instructor Luis is an amazing teacher having spent 20+ years doing various martial arts. Louis is a great father, friend, and most importantly a brother to me. He takes the art of teaching to a whole new level. He takes his time to teach, and makes sure that you get better at each combo. He really works on trying to make you better inside and outside of the gym. His gym truly changes your life for the better.
