John P was very responsive and helpful with the details of our order. Thanks!
Easy to find parts and recommendations. Great communication of shipping status
Great experience. Got the service and product I was looking for and John was especially patient answering all my questions! A first class business indeed and the service to go along with it!
First, I LOVE the quality of my new bounce house! 2nd, the sales experience was amazing and my bounce house got to me ahead of schedule. Customer service so far has also been great! I highly recommend!! This is my second bounce house purchase!
Great customer service and very fast shipping!! We have only used it for one festival, but it appears to be very heavy duty and good quality! It appeared a little smaller than I anticipated, but overall seems to be a great bouncy house!!
