I ordered units from Gorilla Bounce expecting new and safe equipment. Instead, they sent me used units with manufacturer dates over 5 years old. This is unacceptable for a company claiming to provide quality products. When I reached out to John about returning them, he flat-out declined my return request and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Gorilla Bounce website is user friendly. Part of my order was sold out. We were notified right away by John P. in customer service. He gave us several different options for the resolution. There were the exact units with the same size and dimension...just a different color. I called him to thank him for being so good at his job.
