The good - for the few minutes, it worked, it sounded incredible. I was given an upgraded package due to the delay in shipment. The bad - it was a marathon to get this delivered. Order my bedroll in April. After months of no updates responses anything, I start a complaint with Shopify. Instantly I get an email saying a shipping label for my order was made. And an email and text from the company stating how backed up they were but it was being sent out 2 day shipping and I’d receive it by Wednesday. Please stay away …do not order from this place of business I made a purchase in April and still no items this guy constantly tell lies so if u order from them please be ready to make a dispute for your money back if not your screwed !!!! A complete waste !!!!!
It is now July 15th after multiple conversations with Robert and being told my order is on the way. Along with the fake tracking numbers provided as seen in the pictures. I still have yet to receive my unit! Now going over 3/12 months. Good luck on your order cause I’ve lost hope.
