We were sailing into Boston and had an issue with our Volvo engine. Called Gorham and spoke to Doug who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had to check back with him a number of times and he never wavered in assistance or patience and care. They have my business for the life of my engine! Thanks Doug and Gorham Diesal
My Ford F450 broke down, and I had it towed there. They were up front as far as how busy they were, etc. They scanned it for me and gave me discounted prices, which I definitely did not expect. Luckily, the truck was under warranty, so I had to get it back to New Hampshire. They allowed me to keep the truck there for another night until I could set up a tow. The mechanic explained to me what was going on. Marianne is the nicest lady you will ever meet. I have never met the owner, but I know his name is Doug. Thank you, Doug.
Had a failure with what turned out to be a drive shaft on my boat which has Volvo IPS600. Called Doug Gorham who came to the boat. We scheduled the boat to be hauled. He came and removed the transmission which contains the drive and took it to his shop. A few days later it was installed and boat was launched back in the water and sea trialed. The bill was paid.
