We rented from Gorham Real Estate for almost five years, and our experience was absolutely amazing. Any issue we had in the apartment was always addressed and fixed right away. Cindy Boyce takes every request very seriously and responds immediately. The entire Gorham team is truly awesome! Highly recommended.

Gorham Apartments is a complete rip-off. When moving out, they charged me almost half of my security from my security deposit for “cleaning” that was absolutely ridiculous. They never return deposits fairly – it’s their way of scamming tenants. The management is rude, dishonest, and only cares about taking your money. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from this place.
Absolutely the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. Gorham Apartments unfairly deducted nearly $800 from my security deposit, claiming “cleaning fees” that were completely unreasonable. This is nothing but a scam – they use deposits as a way to take extra money from tenants.
