I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gorham Real Estate! I absolutely love my apartment at Serenity Lane, and it has truly felt like home. We rented from Gorham Real Estate for almost five years, and our experience was absolutely amazing. Any issue we had in the apartment was always addressed and fixed right away. Cindy Boyce takes every request very seriously and responds immediately. The entire Gorham team is truly awesome! Highly recommended.

Gorham Apartments is a complete rip-off. When moving out, they charged me almost half of my security from my security deposit for “cleaning” that was absolutely ridiculous. They never return deposits fairly – it’s their way of scamming tenants. The management is rude, dishonest, and only cares about taking your money. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Stay away from this place.
