Great experience with Dr Henny, she is sooo gentle and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure, the team was professional. Highly recommend
5 stars for the dentists and 1 star for the receptionists. I’ve been coming here for years and always had great experiences with the dentists. HOWEVER, after multiple times of being treated poorly by the receptionists (both over the phone and in person), I think it’s fair to say that some of them don’t do their jobs properly. My experience with Gorgeous Smile was very positive. Very professional and friendly staff, with clear communication on site and via SMS when managing appointments. Dr. Henny was my dentist and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of her services which included general dental and Invisalign.
I am hugely impressed by Dr Henny and her team at Gorgeous Smiles. Originally I chose Gorgeous Smiles because of their great reviews and their offer of in-chair dental whitening. I was so impressed that I made them my go-to dentist for everything: Professional cleans, check-ups and now even Invisalign - and I have to drive 3.5 hours from Warrnambool for every appointment, that’s how good they are.
