Amy, Ellen, and Henrie are all great. they provide great services for acrylic nails and they pay attention to every detail. i highly recommend.
The owner Amy is extremely rude and disrespectful - By far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. Every time I made an appointment with her she was late. The longest my mom and I had to wait for her was 40 minutes one time. The last time I ever step foot into the salon she was 15 minutes late and walked in with Starbucks in her hand. Didn't even look at me or apologize and when she sat down I kindly asked why she always keeps me waiting. She said "it's just 10 min, the Starbucks line was long". Sadly downgrading my review after years of going here. This place no longer feels like a “spa experience” as the cleanliness & service has severely declined, while the prices remain the same. It is always crammed full of stuff (ex scooters, boxes) in the washroom & around the seating making it hard for customers to move around. And while the staff are friendly they are constantly snacking, playing cards & yelling to one another detracting from a peaceful experience, despite all we pay.
