I’ve been here a few times since it’s close by, but I won’t be going back. The service and cleanliness just aren’t great, and there seems to be a lot of miscommunication between staff. One time I showed up for a regular pedicure I booked online for 1pm and found out they had triple-booked the same nail tech in-person and by phone. I waited 30 minutes. They are rude. They are open until 8:00 PM bit when I was there at 7 to ask a question a man working signaled with his hands that they are closed already. They don't reply if you book an appointment online and the nail polish peels off after a week.
This is what my nails look after 10days. I usually keep my nails in perfect condition even after 3 weeks. This one time, because my nails look technician didn’t have availability, I went to this salon. They did a terrible job, to the point that I had to go back and have them fixed all over again 2 days later and the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. Beware it’s unsafe place! I visited the salon last week for a regular pedicure, experience was extremely disappointing. The technician damaged my nail plates, and as a result I was aching the entire night. My nails are still sensitive even now. The overall environment was very dirty and unsanitary. There were visible stains, dust, and dirt everywhere. The tools were lying around in different places, not properly prepared or sanitized.
