I DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!! can i say i don't know why this reviews are bad but i want to say that is not true at all. my first time and i will be going back i have experienced bad in other nail places but in gorgeous nails they did an awesome job love the way they treated me and how they didn't hurt my fingers or nails while i was their many calls making appointments
Worst place I've ever been too. I went in at the same time my mother did they finished her nails and one lady came in asking for a pedi and skipped me, I didn't say anything which I should've but I clearly went in telling them what I wanted and they didn't even bother asking me if I was next, one lady who worked there just looked at me at looked away and then asked the other lady what she wanted and did her pedi instead. I was very angry I am never going back again. They're so rude.
My nails have never been so sore. The manager did them. She made me bleed around my cuticles on 4 nails and did not seem to care. Bad customer survive as well.
Very rude and not professional at all. Seemed put out when I walked in. I waited for 30 minutes while they ate lunch and would not help me. Will not be back!
I sat with my feet in the water for a pedicure until the water was cold. No one helped me for 45 minutes!
They did an okay job but the wait was rediciouls. I was next in line when I walked in and they took me back, got me started then put me in a side chair while she took an appointment. I was left sitting there for 30 minutes. Three other people walked in and were taken care of while I was waiting. I was told that they would get to me over and over. I will never go back!
the manager does the best nails! it's done nice and neat. i love it
