I had a great experience with this salon. The colour work was done beautifully and with a lot of care, especially considering the condition and history of the hair. Zou took time to explain the colouring process, used appropriate products, and was very mindful of maintaining the integrity of the hair throughout. If I could give 0 stars I would! I put 24 inch wefts in a clients hair and they instantly were malting and shedding an excessive amount of hair. After only 3 weeks her hair looks like it has been used for 3 years. My client has had extentions for many years and always looks after her extentions exceptionally well and has never had an issue. I had another client have issues with gorgeous tape extentions matting and becoming quite knotty to the point of being like dreadlocks but gave gorgeous the benefit of the doubt.
