I just came by because I was curious about a service and I never been into their shop before But right whenever I walked in I wasn’t really greeted well both ladies were on their phones and when I asked for their services really blankly they were like it’s online I honestly felt like not really heard and when I did ask questions about what I wanted they did run it down what it was but I just didn’t really have a good experience and I don’t feel like I’m going back there anytime soon just from that

I relocated to Alaska and had a horrible time finding a new hair artist. After many tears and debacles I found Amy! She did a beyond amazing job! My hair was involved in a layering mishap(elsewhere )that I thought could not be straightened out. I don’t know how but Amy fixed it. Also, she treated me with kid gloves, I was very scared after my last experience (at another salon) and she talked me through the process. My hair seriously has not looked this good in 4 years. I FEEL PRETTY!
