I booked a half head foils, toner and blow dry to achieve soft caramel highlights. Unfortunately the appointment did not go as expected. Before bleaching my hair, I was not asked about my colour history (recent colour, henna, etc.) and no strand test was done. After the bleach was applied, parts of my hair turned green and several different colours were applied to try to fix it.
