The only place i get my brows and lashes done every time im in ottawa. Theyve never done a bad job!!!
I’ve been coming to this place for about five years to do my eyebrows and never had a negative experience until last Wednesday . The staff has usually been friendly and gentle, and they normally explain how to hold your skin during threading. But today was completely different. The technician on Wednesday didn’t communicate with me at all and instead kept moving my hands around roughly, as if I were a doll. I had an amazing experience here! I first visited for threading, and the staff were so professional and friendly. They did such a great job that I came back the very next day for a deep cleansing facial after they recommended it for my first facial experience. A huge thank you to Lipsa and her wonderful team for taking such good care of me. I have very sensitive skin, so I was a little worried, but they made me feel completely at ease.
