I’ve been coming to this place for about five years to do my eyebrows and never had a negative experience until last Wednesday . The staff has usually been friendly and gentle, and they normally explain how to hold your skin during threading. But today was completely different. The technician on Wednesday didn’t communicate with me at all and instead kept moving my hands around roughly, as if I were a doll.
