Sheila answered the phone. I explained I just needed my Jeep looked at to see what is wrong with it & was just going to be a brief stop by. I wasn't having work done to it. & I explained what I had checked that I know what couldn't be wrong. She said they was closing at the end of year (which meant they was still in service now until then cause she didn't say they are closing now) & wouldn't help me..
