I had one of the most amazing customer service experiences of my life at Gordy's. I brought in a 35 year old bike that I'd just bought off Craigslist for a tune-up. The tune-up ended taking longer than expected due to some unforseen challenges with my ancient tech, but they'd promised me they'd finish before they went home, so RJ and Mike ended up staying an hour late on a Friday to get it done. Awesome experience! Called them this morning about a bike for my little guy and they had tons of options for me to get the right fit and color my boy. Drove 30 minutes to check them out and they also happened to have a Silver Redline eyeballing me from the corner. Picked up both bikes and couldn't be happier with the service and selection of BMX bikes at this place. Great Job!
