Gord’s Rentals has made a noticeable improvement with their new staff and management team. Our company recently rented scissor lifts from them, and the level of service we received was excellent from start to finish. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in making sure we had the right equipment for the job. Gords rentals rents equiptment out during weekends and they have no on call service to fix machines if they break down..... Be careful they still charge delivery and usage if machine breaks. Even if it breaks within hours the first day you have it and you cant finish the job you planned for that weekend. Then their broken machine sits in your yard for another few days before someone comes to finally retrieve it. Brutal customer service/ appreciation. Id look to rent somewhere else!
