Great people, friendly and most knowledgeable about real estate matters
Would not recommend. Pity all these beautiful blocks out at Golsborough are managed by this company. You're investing alot of money into property you would think asking questions was expected. We wanted to confirm boundaries and elevation as they didn't seem to match the plans. Was told if we keep asking questions they will put a black mark against our name so we cannot buy any of the blocks, multiple occasions told us "I'll just sell it to someone else." Do NOT deal with Phil Harvey. Very unprofessional and dishonest, was looking at a block in Goldsborough, he wouldn't entertain the idea of a negotiation. Then found out he negotiated with our friends who bought 6 blocks away from the one we wanted for 195k instead of 220k. Wouldn't try to work in with my partner and I's schedule. Just kept pushing us to sign and if we didn't he would say, "I'll just sell it to someone else then".
