Good service at a good price, happy with our monthly pool service and assistance over the cyclone season with replacing damaged equipment.
Absolutely appalling service the staff and lazy slobs now have cancelled my service and will be using someone else
I loved this shop, was good prices and stock. Now stock always low and ordered late, which forces you to shop elsewhere. Prices increased, ill wait till i drive into town ftom now on if stock not ordered in timely way. Shame.
I have been to this shop to do pool tests and buy chemicals I need. The prices are good. But this one staff who is really rude and never makes me feel welcome to the shop. The younger lady she is really lovely. But this older lady who make me feel like I am an idiot whenever I ask questions. I wish I could give you zero star. Since chris left, this shop has gone downhill fast, used to be the go to place but the new workers are lazy and left green lines all through the pool and it didn’t look like they even cleaned it, when you step in it a big cloud of green comes up. we have cancelled our services and are extremely disappointed in the rudeness from these people.
