Great service helped us find a leak that the first pool company missed they found one leak in a pipe had to dig up the pool deck replace the pipe pour a new slab charged us $3,000 and then ignored my subsequent phone calls that the pool was still leaking for almost a month, in that time Gordon had come out inspected everything came back several times each week to check on progress to find the leak ,excellent customer service. Gordon put in a pool for me with a 3 level retaining wall just like I wanted. He even leveled and hooked up my spa next to the pool. He started working immediately and had it done on no time. His prices are very fair and affordable. He knows pools and has built pools his whole life. He’s local and when I text him, he is always available that day or the next. First off who reviews their own company for better ratings as you see below. Be careful of great photos you see on social media, they don't belong to this company. Hired Gordon to replace my pool liner and pump. Liner went well. Pump did not it leaked and he came out 2/3 times to tighten bolts, scratch his head, then decided to caulk the pump shut which is not the smartest move at all. The pump still continued to leak, I asked for it to be warrantied then he said it was a year old and out of warranty. He should have honored ... read more
