They do emissions testing! They were fast, friendly and helpful! Would come here again.
Went in for an oil change and left it to go to work around the corner and they called me to inform me that I should change my air cabin filter and I agreed. When I picked up my car it made a loud noise in the vehicle when starting up and driving. I returned it immediately and had to wait another 15-20 minutes to solve the issue. They are rude and they tack on additional pricing will charge you for not even having an solution for the vehicle.
I had an appointment for a basic oil change, and it ended up taking an hour and a half. There was no communication about delays until I asked, at which point I was told they had 3 mechanics and 16 vehicles. If you’re going to schedule appointments, customers should be given a realistic time estimate or at least an update when things are running behind. An oil change with an appointment shouldn’t take this long without explanation.
Passed emissions on 3rd try, with Keith's driving tips! Will definately use Gordons for service work in the future.
