Winfield homes builds a good product but I would not recommend this dealer. When they delivered the home it was pointed out that a window was the wrong size and in the wrong location. The sales person bluntly said it was not going to be remedied and that we would just have to put up with it. Several years later when I tried to make a warranty claim for a failed sealed unit they refused to help me and said I was on my own despite there being a warranty against seal failure.
