I'm deeply grateful for the care & attention we received from Gordon's Home Healthcare & would recommend this agency , they have showed me kindness, compassion, & generosity, they provided my mother with a caregiver that was appropriate for her needs. Awesome management & great communication.
If I could give Gordons home healthcare 10 Stars I would. From the moment I called to see about hiring a caregiver for a few days during the Christmas holiday, they was determined to find someone who would be the perfect fit for our family. They asked appropriate questions to find who would be the perfect caregiver for my mom. When our caregiver arrived, she needed very little guidance. She was extremely friendly, kind, courteous and prompt with every task that I requested she do. Thanks again
If I could give a lower review I would. 1. The communication was terrible if a Personal Care Aid did not show up for work they do not have the capacity to send someone else to replace the original PCA and the worst part of it they would not let me know that there would be no one there with my mother for a full weekend. My mother was left alone for an entire weekend while I was underway on my ship and no one knew she was alone because we never received a call to notify us that my she would be alone. 2.
