This fall, when my 20-year-old gas boiler would not fire up upon first use, I contacted Gordon's Heating & Cooling to take a look. Their response was incredibly quick, with a tech dispatched on Monday afternoon based on a Sunday evening email. The tech arrived promptly, worked efficiently, was knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions on boiler operation. Fortunately, the problem turned out to be minor (pilot light out), but it is reassuring to know I can confidently turn to Gordon's when I have HVAC needs.
We contacted Gordon's Heating & Cooling at 8am on Saturday and their technician, Alex, was here by noon. So very impressed that they provided same day service that quickly during the hottest time of the year! Alex was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He was honest and focused on getting our system running at 100% as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Gordon's Heating & Cooling!!
Service was fast and efficient. The service person arrived on time and was polite and courteous. He answered all of my questions and seemed to know what he was doing. Since I have no clue as to how to maintain a furnace, I will trust him to do it correctly. Gordon's installed a new HVAC system a year ago and I have had no problems with it. It kept me cool in this record-breaking heat over the COVID summer, so I'm happy.
We had a new furnace installed by Gordon's Heating & Cooling. We were extremely pleased with both the price and the service provided by our technicians, Samuel and Carlos. They were punctual, courteous, and professional, and they fully addressed all of our inquiries. The manager and the staff in the office are also very helpful. We would suggest it!
Working with the staff was amazing from start to finish! They quickly scheduled a time to come out to see the needs and determine next steps. They ensured that the diagnosis made sense to me and the service tech and staff member who provided me a quote took their time explaining all aspects to me. The service was completed perfectly! I would recommend them to everyone.
