Steven was on time extremely professional and ready to work when he arrived, Steven had my AC issue diagnosed and going within minutes. He went above and beyond explaining to me in understandable terms of what was happening and how the whole system worked. Steven is extremely knowledgeable and I will only use Gordon's Heating and Cooling from here on out 10 out 10 recommended.
