Im caregiver for an 86 year old lady. I called them because they already had service with Gordon heat and air. All she needed was service and small repairs. She also is a recent widow. Gordon's brought a salesman who proceeds to high pressure, trying to sell her a whole new unit. I think its very bad business to show up at senior citizens homes and try high pressure sales, but especially a recent widow. Bad business!
Gordon's does not do a good maintenance, A/C unit coils are never cleaned.
Calvin Welch came out to service our AC unit as well as our heating unit and he was literally the BEST!! We’ve tried other companies in the past & had bad experiences but Calvin restored our faith. Very professional, very knowledgeable, & very quick. He takes very good care of his customers & treats us as if he’s known if he was servicing for his own family. 10/10 will be recommending Gordon’s Heating and air & specifically Mr. Calvin.
