I wish I could give separate ratings for the customer service and the actual services performed, as they were quite different. Went in to see about getting a couple rings resized but due to the complexity it was likely not possible. That being said the lady helped add silicon wrapping to help with the sizing and didn’t charge us. Was very helpful!

Very disappointed with the customer service I received at Gordon’s. I went in to have a watch link removed and the lady there told me that she wouldn’t have time to do it because the store would be getting busy shortly and they were understaffed. I went first thing when they opened. It was myself and one other couple in the store. All that needed to be done was remove one watch link. I guess my request was too small and of course there would be no commission on this transaction.
