An amazing family owned business in Oakridge. Have purchased a few items from Gordon’s and always had amazing service, prompt follow up and reply in any questions or clarifications. They treat you like family. Highly recommend!
Walked in and greeted nicely and friendly by a young man....that was the only friendly greeting....3 other woman walked by me and never even made eye contact or said hello....snobby place. Their repair time is 8 weeks which is ridiculous, and the place was empty....just did moy get a good feeling ..Will never go back. But....the gentleman was knowledgeable and helpful. I have him a thumbs up....the rest ....no.
I had the best time shopping at Gordons Gold Thursday afternoon and that was due to the jewellery consultant Brad Fitzsimmons. Brad spent a lot of time with me helping choose a few pieces and giving details on each piece. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the whole experience. Brad was friendly, very helpful and I never felt rushed. Excellent customer service! Thanks again Brad!
