Great body shop. Have had them do 2 jobs for me and Both came out great. Good guys. Seem honest. No complaints. I'm a little hard to please with my cars.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ended up at Gordon's because they're a preferred shop in my insurance network, and they damaged my car more than they fixed it. Dropped it off, got the appraisal of damage (which was a series of scratches on the quarter panel), and they supposedly went to work repairing per the appraisal. However, they absolutely failed. They didn't fix all of the scratches, and applied so much paint the surface of the quarter panel (and everything else they had to paint to blend) is total orange peel. Based... read more
I wouldn't recommend these guys. I asked for their opinion on how to fix the problem and shared that I was upset and needed help. I accepted all they told me to do, including not-cheap price, because I trusted them. When I took the car back, I found that the car didn't look really "fixed". They did their work formally "from here to there" (almost like an assembly line) instead of trying to solve the problem. They could have called me to consult, but they didn't. I expected different treatment from a family-owned company
I would highly recommend Gordon's Autobody. I had a pretty horrible situation with my car and they were super helpful, trustworthy, and great throughout the whole process. I am very happy with the outcome, the body work, and the running condition of my car at this point thanks to them! I'm so glad I went to them and will be pointing any of my friends in their direction if needed!
I've had many experiences with Gordon, each one better than the last. Body work for both my car and my wife's, belts, pumps, etc. If you've ever had hassles with a mechanic (and who hasn't), they end with Gordon. Thanks, Gordon!
