We came in looking for a wedding band and tried a few on. Then, sales associate offered to clean my engagement ring. She placed it in a machine and when she brought it back, she told me, "oh by the way one of the stones on your ring is missing". It was not missing a minute ago when I handed it to her to clean. Mr. Robert Reyes helped me find a watch I was looking for. Watch was not available at store but he finds it online for me. Thanks a lot.
