Great people that got my car back to me very quickly and great work. Like new.
Utterly frustrating experience. I brought my car in for smash repairs and never got a single reply. The person who checked my car clearly didn’t care at all and treated customer service like an afterthought. No updates, no communication, no professionalism — just complete indifference. Honestly, I’ve never dealt with a business so careless and unresponsive. Avoid at all costs.
worst smash repair i’ve ever known and heard of. the receptionist kylie is the worst, along with ken the owner of the shop, who constantly bullies and degrades the people that work for him. there is no sense of care of empathy within this workshop, all they think of is the money and not the people and the community. behind the scene of summit smash repair is shocking and they honestly shouldn’t be up and running.
