My first visit went well. Dr. Gordon was very nice. But after that, I was seen by the physician assistant whose bedside manner needs improvement. I had a bladder/kidney ultrasound in which this office said to drink 32 ounces of water which was very uncomfortable. The next ultrasound (pelvic) they said to drink 40 ounces of water in a two hour period. Needless to say this was very uncomfortable. While waiting I asked the staff if I could use the restroom. Great Experience! I was referred to Dr. Gordon by my former urologist (who had retired). After I made my appointment, I read the reviews below. I have to say I arrived for my appointment with some apprehension! As is typical, there was a lot of paperwork I had to fill out. However the receptionist was friendly and helpful! I'm not sure how long I waited, but I barely finished my paperwork before they called me back. Dr. Gordon's assistant, Kat, was friendly and helpful in preparing me for my visit with the doctor.
