Unbelievable bad customer service from one of the lease agents called Alan Duncan. Contacted them mid of December regarding a listed property and surprisingly the lease agent advised me to call him back in a month. I found it an unusual response, but maybe there was still someone in the property. So just the other day I saw the flat still for rent and send another inquiry.
