Wonderfull care provided by my psychiatrist, Dr Nishant Wankhede and nurses are all so caring. Great facilities, food and support programmes. Highly recommend
I am very disappointed with the behavior of one of the registered nurses named RIJO WINSON at this facility. His lack of empathy and professionalism, especially in a mental health setting, was deeply concerning. Instead of providing support, his actions contributed negatively to someone's well-being. This is not the standard one should expect from a healthcare professional and certainly not a good reflection of the hospital's values.
Nurse Gaurav is really not nice or considerate at all. He got really angry at me and wouldn't take me seriously when I said I was in bad pain.
I was very cautious about going into an adult mental health care ward because of recent events. From the admission through to discharge I was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. The nursing and administrative staff were engaged, patient and I felt supported. The nurses spent time consistently working with me to understand all the treatment options, available support and to help me with my program. I recommend this safe, gentle and supportive environment if you need to get help.
Ignore the disparaging comments about a certain nurse, in my experience she is a wonderful contribution to the hospital and anyone who thinks otherwise doesn’t understand mental health first aid or the importance of upholding therapeutic boundaries for the sake of the patient’s wellbeing. Hospitals are about care, not customer service.
