Update (July 2026): Trusted Zeb a second time for a major plumbing overhaul on our new home in Granite Bay, and he knocked it out of the park again. Our property had a dangerous 110 psi water pressure issue, a failed expansion tank, and a severely sagging 20-foot section of main ABS drain pipe in the crawl space. Gordon’s plumbing saved the day! I had a power surge that fried both of my tankless heaters. Zeb came out as soon as I called to look and give estimate. He was great working with me on getting homeowners insurance to approve and get them installed. I had to cancel once while waiting for approval, had no issues with him working me back into his schedule. He explained everything that needed done and upgraded up front. Zeb Gordon installed a Rinnai tankless water heater to replace a 15-year-old traditional 60-gallon water heater that was leaking. Zeb submitted a building permit request, and after jumping through several hoops with the City, Zeb was able to work with the gas company to update my gas meter and regulator saving me a significant amount of money.
