I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gordon. He is truly the most kind, sincere, and compassionate surgeon I’ve ever met. Dr. Gordon is hands down the most professional, compassionate and talented plastic surgeon in Texas. He goes above and beyond what is expected. He never rushes and truly listens to your concerns. He is very informative and makes sure that his patients understand every detail of their procedure. His team is excellent and kind. consultation appointment was so smooth, surgery approval process handled very well with insurance, great office staff and Dr. is incredibly comforting and easy to talk to. next step is scheduling my procedure. would recommend Dr. Gordon to anyone!!
I had a terrible experience at this office. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, and I never even got to see the doctor. They refused to provide care simply because my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of compassion for patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
I’m almost 4 years out from reconstructive surgery with Dr Gordon. He and his staff have been fantastic through my surgery and after care. I highly recommend them. Like someone else said in a review, it’s like visiting a friend. Thank you Dr Gordon and your staff for being so caring. Love y’all
