Totally unpleasant. Let's pick which one is our favorite event with this company from the list of nonsense. One time the driver backed the truck into my husband's car in our DRIVEWAY and broke the taillight. He gave us the tank of fuel to not report him. Another instance we ran out of fuel because the gage was broken and we didn't know it stuck at 1/3. I have 4 kids and explained it all in hopes to get them to come quickly.
