Dr Nakata is good, but the front desk staff and literally every other employee have an incredible attitude and neglect to return any calls. They’re very, very rude and I cannot understand why such miserable people are working somewhere where people are in almost constant pain. It’s pretty much not worth it to go here because of the awful staff.

Dr Nakata and his nurse Lisa lied to me for a whole year following ACDF surgery, I kept complaining of pain and other symptoms while they kept telling me everything is fine, it fused, it looks really good, I did not get to see any images before or after the surgery. Then I find out from Brigham and Women it didn’t fuse, the screws loose and I have pinched nerves.
