Editing my review because they’re really just so much worse now. Someone at this office prescribed me medication for NERVE pain and the office is great at ignoring phone calls, prescription refill requests and any other type of communication for 2 weeks until you get everything denied at 5:30pm on a Friday so they don’t have to deal with someone in pain. Dr Nakata is good, but the front desk staff and literally every other employee have an incredible attitude and neglect to return any calls. They’re very, very rude and I cannot understand why such miserable people are working somewhere where people are in almost constant pain. It’s pretty much not worth it to go here because of the awful staff.
Dr Nakata and his nurse Lisa lied to me for a whole year following ACDF surgery, I kept complaining of pain and other symptoms while they kept telling me everything is fine, it fused, it looks really good, I did not get to see any images before or after the surgery. Then I find out from Brigham and Women it didn’t fuse, the screws loose and I have pinched nerves.
