Jake was very friendly and efficient. We are unhappy with the fact that our appointment was for 4pm and he arrived at our facility at 5:43pm. We discussed this and he said that other stops before us add machines that he doesn't know about and it causes him to run late. We stayed late so he could work on our machines but this is the second year in a row this has happened. Scheduling should be looked at. Jake was great!
I was coming in from out of town and needed my machines recalibrated quickly so I could take them back home with me. Jake was very accomodating and quickly got the machines taken care of and I was able to get back on the road. Very thankful!
