Never answer or respond back to messages
I been given the runaround about my meds for over a week now. By the time I get them, it'll be time for my next appt. Asked to speak to the Dr himself and have been ignored. 8 phone calls and still no resolution. I'm quite upset. I have to endure this every month unless I see Dr Gordon himself. It's a crying shame.
Meds were never sent to pharmacy. I have called 5 times about this. The nurse practitioner was kind and Dr. Gordon is wonderful. Its just a hassle every month getting my meds.
Literally what I was told today by the lady who answered the phone, "If my healthcare was that bad, I would go somewhere else." What kind of mess is that? If you are on medicine that requires continual maintenance do not trust them to write your RX or get an appointment. POOR patient care. They don't care about you at all! BEWARE BEWARE BEaWare!
