Absolute worst customer service approach! You cannot actually speak to a local store person. You are connected to a national number that proceeds to ask if you want placed on the "do not call list." If you select yes, it's goodbye to you! You have to be put on the list in order to wait for someone to call you back just so you can ask if the local store carries an item. How ridiculous!
Staff was extremely helpful and had everything I needed.
Current management does not treat the employees or the customers very well
This location is now closed. I had to call their corporate office to learn this. Lowe's for me!
