I left this appointment feeling rushed and unheard. During my follow-up visit, the doctor had a timer going on his phone and seemed more focused on getting through patients quickly than actually listening or providing quality care. The entire interaction felt impersonal and hurried, like I was being pushed out the door. Follow-up appointments should still involve attention, compassion, and time to address concerns, but this experience felt more like an assembly line than healthcare. Very disappointing.
I am not even sure what to think after my first appointment . He entered the room quickly without knocking and acted like I was inconveniencing him. His staff said he is very direct which I agree with but he is also abrasive. I am in healthcare and after one minute in the room with him I was ready to walk out. Run far away from this man! It was my yearly and been suffering from extreme high pulse. Comes in throws papers down and says “ I don’t even know why Gavlick was seeing you!” I explain some of my issues and because I drink caffeine he says “you wanna die don’t u!” He was beyond rude, condescending, and plain out disgusting. Worst physician experience I’ve ever had and I was an RN for 43 years. After calling the office about an extremely high B/P and getting no response, I went to urgent care and they sent me to the ER. When I followed up with Watson he berated and shamed me for going to the ER. When I asked about a test result, he slammed my chart down and said he’d already explained it to me and this would be the last time. The rest of the appointment didn’t get any better.
