Have to be prepared to spend 1-2 hours waiting past your appointment time. Otherwise great doctor, would recommend they start scheduling less people per day.
Considering the amount of time I have spent in the Antique Store, sorry, I meant, the Dr's Waiting Room / Antique Store - I would have thought they would be more understanding when I had to cancel an upcoming surgery. In the room with me, Dr. Siegel said that cancellation was no big deal, and pressured me to schedule when I wasn't sure my work schedule could acomodate. This guy is so fantastic. Yes you will wait 1-2 hours before he sees you, and the clocks will remind you of that fact. HOWEVER, hes one of the best doctors ive ever had. Once youre talking to him you will be talking to someone brilliant, kind, and top notch at what he does. So grateful for his treatment of my issues and his bedside manner. Just don't book him between work meetings ;) Also his front desk staff are awesome! Reliable and super nice
Dr Seigel is a great doctor who is extremely caring and knowledgeable. He takes his time with each patient. Because of this you most likely will have to wait….but he is worth the wait. His office is very unique. He is an antique clock collector who obviously is passionate about the Beatles. My husband and I both think his office is amazing. Next time I go I will take pictures and update this post.
I recently scheduled an appointment at this off-site clinic following a recommendation from Northwestern, but unfortunately, I ended up canceling my spot due to significant scheduling issues.
