Dr Seigel is a great doctor who is extremely caring and knowledgeable. He takes his time with each patient. Because of this you most likely will have to wait….but he is worth the wait. His office is very unique. He is an antique clock collector who obviously is passionate about the Beatles. My husband and I both think his office is amazing. Next time I go I will take pictures and update this post.
I recently scheduled an appointment at this off-site clinic following a recommendation from Northwestern, but unfortunately, I ended up canceling my spot due to significant scheduling issues. While I understand that specialists often deal with complex cases, there seems to be a fundamental lack of respect for the patient’s time here. I appreciate that people say this doctor takes his time with each patient, as that is in fact a truly wonderful thing. What I’m not okay with is scheduling patients for frequent intervals KNOWING that the doctor takes more time me than they are scheduling for him. I arrived early, as was asked of me, filled out my paperwork, paid my co-pay and then waited for 40 minutes only to be told that there was still a patent ahead of me and they weren’t sure when I would be seen. EXCELLENT and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Deviated septum terbinate reduction surgery with an ACE team at Northwestern Hospital. Dr. Siegel listens and spends time in each appointment. He's compassionate and understanding, and it's very obvious he excels in his profession. Wonderful experience.
Dr. Siegel is an incredibly skilled, old-school physician. He takes his time with patients, which means yes, you'll probably wait, but he'll take his time with you, too. Isn't that what you want? If you want a doctor who is incredibly thorough, considerate, and proactive, he's the right choice. Yes, there are a lot of clocks and interesting things all over the office. He's very fun!
