We recently purchased a home that was managed by Gordon Hay R/E. If you are a potential investor DO NOT let this company manage your property. The unit we purchased was left with years of grime and build up in every room and surface. I have never seen a rental allowed to get as bad as this property. When contacted about it I was told it was clean unfortunately their idea of clean is disgusting.

My brother and I are on our 3rd 12 month lease. Gordon Hay Real Estate have been the best real estate I have ever rented through, nothing has ever been a problem for them to repair when needed and they are more than happy to listen if you have any concerns. They are always on to of their inspections, so if you are looking for a Real Estate to look after your rental property, you will definitely be in good hands with them. 10/10 for renters and landlords alike
