Dr. West and his staff are simply the best that anyone could ever ask for! I had an extreme case of teeth-grinding which had basically destroyed all of my teeth and thus, my smile. I saw Dr. Gordon H. West for treatment of my long term TMJ symptoms using Botox. I've been told about the usage of Botox to treat the TMJ symptoms but was always skeptical about it. Dr. West did a wonderful job explaining the long term benefits for me and how safe it is. I had a lot of questions and he was patient to answer all of them in a way I could easily understand. My wife and I have been using Dr. West for several years, and his philosophy is conservative care. He communicates well, and is a competent and fair businessman. To prove his fairness, he recently accidentally removed a perfectly good molar crown while removing the target defective crown. Dr. West instantly admitted the mistake, and replaced the "accidental removal" with a brand new gold crown, at no charge. Mistakes are made, and it's someone response that tells the true story.
