Dr. Baltuch is a very nice man and a very good surgeon. No complaints.
Dr. Baltuch is world renowned in his specialty as a neurosurgeon. He was clear and cogent, and if you're world renowned the least you can be is clear and cogent! In any case, he described several ways forward with my malady, and for that I'm grateful.
