The best staff and good service
Very poor experience. I spoke with this office almost two months ago. I was told by the end of the week, I’d be given more information on how to proceed. Never received an update. I called multiple times asking for an update. Each time they forget who I am and have me repeat the case. I’m told let me speak with him and call you back. No one ever calls back. It’s been the same game for two months now. Very unprofessional
Terrible...had my case for years just to notify me by mail saying that he cannot represent me...
