I called and pressed 0 for the receptionist. I just had a general question as to what type of attorney I needed to seek. She cut me off and answered my question before I even asked it...so clearly the answer she gave me was incorrect. She was very rude. When I asked her name so I could address it in a review...she pressed her mute button and put someone else in the phone. This person was just as rude as the first one. I spoke with the lawyer for 15 minutes and called and told him that I no longer wanted my case represented I received a letter in the mail that said he was no longer able to take my case and my file was sent back to me I never received my file only a letter stating that in was enclosed ...
