He did not listen to my concerns. He was literally hanging out the door while I was asking questions about my surgery that is visibly obvious on the xrays he messed up. He completely dismissed post op symptoms without actually inquiring about them to fully understand The entire post op team is unhelpful, dismissive, and disorganized. If you have the choice of someone else, please go there.
Dr. Mao accurately diagnosed my problem and then established a specific plan for addressing it! He was very personable and extremely professional! I would highly recommend Dr. Mao!
My surgeon and the hospital staff were excellent. Thank You!!!
